You can search MLS through realty agency websites and it is easily navigable .  You simply input the type of property you are looking for, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, square footage and location. The MLS online then extracts from its vast database, information about all the homes that meet your search criteria. It will display photographs of the inside and outside, list the details and tell you the selling price.

MLS online makes the search for a new home much more efficient and is a useful aid for those with limited time. The MLS service is a very useful tool for any real estate transaction - buying or selling.
