Realty services for home selling are not cheap. They are going to charge you for a successful sale. Fees vary between agents but it will still cost you a sizeable chunk of your property's final selling price.

So, you may decide to sell your home without a broker and do the selling yourself.

With some careful planning and effort you can indeed sell your house yourself, and save money, and you will have complete control over the transaction from start to finish.
